Train Like An Olympian

It is that time again. The time where every NBC channel across the board has the 2012 London Olympics on. And if you are like me than you are even more passionate about training during the time of the Olympics. Just watching the runners, swimmers, etc. motivate me to want to train harder and smarter when I workout. It got me thinking, how can I train more like an Olympian? To really be an Olympian you have to be dedicated to your sport. You can’t just train like it’s a recreational hobby.
